The stats tool is phenomenal! Our way of measuring performance is so outdated when I see this.

The mapping feature is magical.

I can't believe the real-time reports and dashboards, this is like taking us out of the Stone Age.

The mapping helps me with my deep skips. It let's me look at the neighborhood and get an idea of who I need to contact when the customer refuses to respond. It also shows me nearby relatives that I can focus on.

I like how you can sort leads. For example sort leads by relatives only in Detroit. Makes it much easier to focus on specific contacts.

First number I called in masterQueue was good and the account immediately sent payment via Western Union...Wow.

I had a dead skip I worked in masterQueue and I found good number for the customer in the leads screen. Customer PTP but didn’t, so the next day I called back and he said Third Party in possession and that third party was listed as an Assoc in masterQueue, as was Third Party’s Mom, who I called, and she gave me location of the Third Party, all in a couple minutes.

Before masterQueue we were working in twenty different windows and now I can do almost all my work in masterQueue. My computer at work is finally as fast as my computer at home...yeah!

I've been in in auto finance for twenty years, and I can't believe I'm saying this as I've only known you a few months, but you are the best vendor I've every worked with, and I've worked with a lot. Your product is amazing, and your people and level of service is equally amazing. Thank you so much, as you have made my job so much easier.

We were one of 64 new financial software products picked from over 600 entries to show our software to close to 900 attendees at Finovate in San Francisco on May 10th. Attendees included most major lending institutions, as well as many industry leaders in the financial services industry. The sixty-four software companies ranged from established industry leaders like Adobe, PayPal, and Discover to several start-ups, like Intellaegis.

Findex score tells you how certain they are.
